Embroidered clothing orders are made to order and will ship 7-10 working days after the order is received.  You will receive a shipping confirmation.

All in-stock items are shipped on the next business day, if your order is received by 1:00 p.m. EST, M-F. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.

Rush orders will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. EST, M-F. For your order to qualify as a rush order, you must contact Customer Care immediately after you place your order and notify them that it is a rush.
